The Society exists to promote and encourage the study, preservation and documentation of costume and textiles in the region of Wales and the Marches, and to further research into these subjects, by means of meetings, lectures, exhibitions, visits to collections, publication of articles, exchange of information, and to organise activities to encourage the aims of the Society.

All meetings held in the Committee Room of the Office Block, St Fagans: National History Museum, unless otherwise advertised. Start times usually 10.30am for Coffee. Speakers at 11.00am and 2.00pm unless stated otherwise. There is a £3.50 car parking charge at St Fagans.
